"Dead souls screaming in vain, trying to unravel from being entwined together [...] A great escape from being chaind to cruelty, never-ending torture and the harrowing solitude? Failed.
Coming out from that a powerful bird made out of the fire, leaving with strokes of his spreaded wings all torture behind.
Rising into sun light, closer to heaven, closer to god. Closer than these pathetic creatures ever can be."
Invincible.

She deserves to be credited highly! With her absolutly amazing phoenix drawing she basically inspired me to do this - without her art I would never have been able to create something like this. Visit Melinda's gallery and view her incredible phoenix here --> [link]
She asked me to draw up a tattoo for her back - so I did. All in all it tooks more than a month to finish it... The tree drove me cracy and the wings brought much trouble along, haha. But well, here it is - let's see whether Tina will like it or not...
Truly nice. I love how you show the details of the picture like the wings and the dead souls, it's really is beautiful. And the tree seems to be melting..... or is just me?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Please FULL VIEW all these amazing pieces of ART. Visit the artists pages and give them a :+fav and your support. Thank you for taking the time........
